Uros Islands – Llachon – Taquile 2D/1N

First day

We left Puno via private car, headed for the peninsula Capachica LLACHON community, the journey will last approx 2hrs. at this time we can see beautiful scenery of the Altiplano Puna, on arrival we will recepcionados by members of a family who will have prepared rural rooms where you spend the night, the family will have to either show their agricultural activities, also delight us with a demonstration of crafts will end with a pair of native dances.

Lunch will be prepared by the family -based products from the area, such as: quinoa, trout, potatoes, ollucos, geese, etc.

In the afternoon we will do a walk around and Apus (hills ), we can observe flora and fauna, we will have a beautiful sunset overlooking the Sacred Lake of the Incas, descend to the family home, we will meet with the family to Dining and finally overnight.

Second day

The next day after breakfast, we are going by private boat to Taquile island, an it take approximate trip 1 hour, we visit the town center, lunch will be at a local restaurant, then descend the stairs, take the boat heading back to the Uros Floating Islands, after 2 hours . and 30 min . When we will be on the Uros  floating Islands rooted find homes made of reeds and covered with fairly dry reed which is renewed every three months, Uros is one of the most important attractions of the region. After a reasonable time finally we head to Puno, a 30 min. most.

Arrival in Puno approx 17:00 hrs.

Note: This tour is possible as with passengers arriving on flights in the morning, coming by private car from the airport and taking the road to the peninsula Capachica to continue the tour.
