– Through the use of bank transfers within Peru.

Conditions of service

Instant reservations on our website

Our platform does not accept the RESERVATION ONLY option.

All travel reservations made through our website LAGOTITICAKA.COM are processed immediately and bus ticket purchases are instantly confirmed.

When you make a purchase through our site, you agree to submit information related to and required for the trip, including the names of the passengers and the person in charge of the purchase, dates of birth and identification numbers, or other necessary for the purchase, to our servers.

If the information is correct and you are paying with a credit card. Once the charge is made, we will send you a notification to the email included in the purchase information.

If you do not receive the confirmation emails due to problems with your emails, servers or companies that provide you with the email service or the information entered is not correct, GIANT TRIP E.I.R.L. does not accept any responsibility derived from this fact. Remember to check your email accounts 24 to 48 hours after making your reservation.

Please note that a travel agent will review your reservation information and verify that all necessary information is complete before confirming your reservation.

Date modifications, cancellations and refunds

Date changes:

If you need to make a change and/or cancellation, let us know immediately. GIANT TRIP E.I.R.L. will notify the client if it is possible to process the request and what would be the penalties, additional costs and steps to process the request.

The customer must IMMEDIATELY send an email to reservas@lagotiticaka.com call the phone number indicated in the confirmation email and wait for one of our agents to confirm the changes and/or cancellation. GIANT TRIP E.I.R.L. will inform you of the costs associated with these changes, if possible. We must emphasize that, with the tickets purchased through GIANT TRIP E.I.R.L., the non-cancellation of the ticket will result in the bus company continuing the trip assigning a status of “NO SHOW” to the passenger(s), which results in the complete loss of reimbursement rights by the passenger(s).

Cancellations and refunds

No type of Refund will apply if the following conditions are met

Passengers will not be entitled to a refund of funds if they are denied boarding the bus due to:

  • Impossibility of presenting the required documentation (passports, identity cards, or others that certify the legality of your stay in the country);
  • Present invalid or expired documents;
  • Impossibility to comply with the current laws of the country;
  • Any other reason not caused by the bus company or GIANT TRIP E.I.R.L.

If the above does not apply to you, then you can request a refund.

To cancel a trip, we only need the unique identification number of the ticket and the email that was used to make the purchase.

The refund conditions are:

  • If the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the trip, we will refund 80% of the value of the ticket you purchased. Commissions and taxes are not refunded. 20% will be charged for administrative expenses and commissions of the payment gateways for the use of credit or debit cards.
  • If the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the trip, we will refund 50% of the value of the ticket. We charge the remaining 50% for administrative expenses and cancellation penalty.
  • We will not be able to refund the ticket if the cancellation request is made between 48 hours and the time of travel. We will charge 100% of the total paid.
